Delivery and Delivery Time
Orders are delivered by DPD. As a rule, the Provider undertakes to dispatch the ordered goods to the Customer’s address no later than 10 business days after confirmation of the order.
The Customer must clearly specify the type and quantity of goods ordered. If an order is incomplete or unclear, the Provider will notify the Customer by email and request the necessary additional information. The order processing period begins once the Provider has received and confirmed a correctly completed order.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel an order, they must notify the Provider by email at info@lifiniq.com before the goods have been dispatched. Otherwise, the Provider may claim reimbursement of any costs incurred as a result of the modification or cancellation, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the order are no longer possible.
The Provider reserves the right to use another delivery service where necessary if this enables faster or more reliable delivery.
The Customer should inspect the shipment without undue delay upon receipt and, in the event of visible damage, promptly notify both the delivery service and the Provider at info@lifiniq.com.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits the Provider’s statutory obligations or the Customer’s mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in relation to delivery, transfer of risk, damaged goods, or non-conforming goods.
Conclusion of a Distance Sales Contract
The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives the first email notification from the Provider regarding the status of the order.
The sales contract (i.e. the first electronic notification regarding the order status) is stored electronically at the registered office of Lifiniq d.o.o.

If an ordered product is unavailable or circumstances arise that prevent the Provider from fulfilling the order within the applicable delivery period, the Provider will inform the Customer as soon as reasonably possible. Where applicable, any amounts already paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
All special offers displayed on the website are valid until the stated expiry date or while stocks last.
Promotions and special offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Any change in price shall not affect an order that has already been validly placed and confirmed.

The Customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the information provided before submitting the order. The Customer should notify the Provider of any errors as soon as possible.
Limitation of Liability
The Customer acknowledges that the Provider may temporarily restrict or disable access to the website for technical or security reasons, including maintenance, updates, technical faults, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for loss, damage, or costs arising solely from the temporary unavailability, disruption, or malfunction of the website.
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the website is complete, accurate, and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur, and the Provider shall not be liable for consequences arising solely from reliance on incorrect or outdated information, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
In the event of technical problems affecting the accuracy or validity of submitted orders, the Provider reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to cancel orders affected by a technical error. In such cases, the Customer will be informed of the cancellation as soon as reasonably possible and provided with information regarding the next steps. Where payment has already been made, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Personal Data Protection
Lifiniq d.o.o. is committed to the ongoing protection of users’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), applicable Slovenian data protection legislation, and other applicable legislation.
Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing the Provider with accurate and truthful personal data and for informing the Provider of any changes to such data.
Statutory Guarantee of Conformity
The Provider is required to supply goods that meet all applicable subjective and objective requirements for conformity, as provided by the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), where applicable having regard to the nature of the goods and the terms of the sales contract.
Customers have the right, subject to the provisions of ZVPot-1 and other applicable consumer protection legislation, to exercise their statutory rights in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods.
For Customers in Slovenia, statutory conformity rights are governed in particular by ZVPot-1.
A Customer who is a consumer may exercise their rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity by notifying the Provider at info@lifiniq.com of the identified lack of conformity within two months of the date on which the lack of conformity was discovered and no later than two years after receiving the goods, where these periods apply under ZVPot-1.
The Provider shall not be liable under ZVPot-1 for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent more than two years after the date on which the goods were received.
In the notification sent to info@lifiniq.com, the Customer must provide a detailed description of the lack of conformity and include the relevant invoice or order number. The Customer must allow the Provider to inspect the goods to which the conformity claim relates.
If the Provider disputes the existence of the lack of conformity, the Customer will receive a written explanation within seven business days.
Where the Customer has notified the Provider of a lack of conformity and the claim has not been rejected, the Customer is entitled, subject to the conditions laid down by ZVPot-1 and in the order provided by law, to:
- request that the goods be brought into conformity free of charge;
- request a proportionate reduction in the purchase price or withdraw from the sales contract and request reimbursement of the amount paid.
The Customer may withdraw from the contract and immediately request reimbursement of the amount paid if the lack of conformity becomes apparent within 30 days of the delivery of the goods, where this right applies under ZVPot-1.
The exercise of rights relating to a lack of conformity is further governed by the applicable provisions of ZVPot-1.
If the Customer is a consumer habitually resident in another EU Member State, the above provisions shall not deprive the Customer of any protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable under the law of their country of habitual residence, where such provisions cannot be derogated from by agreement.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with ZVPot-1 and applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to any statutory exceptions.
The withdrawal period begins on the day following the date on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Provider of the decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal written statement sent to info@lifiniq.com.
Merely returning the goods does not constitute withdrawal from the contract. The Customer must clearly and unequivocally communicate the decision to withdraw to the Provider.
The withdrawal shall be considered timely if the Customer sends the withdrawal statement before the applicable withdrawal period expires. The burden of proving that the right of withdrawal was exercised within the applicable period rests with the Customer.
The Customer must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after notifying the Provider of the decision to withdraw.
The Provider does not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments.
Goods must be returned to:
Fully d.o.o.
Letališka cesta 30
1000 Ljubljana
Slovenia
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the Provider has expressly agreed to bear such costs.
The Customer may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The Customer may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
The Provider shall reimburse all payments received from the Customer in connection with the withdrawn contract, including the cost of standard delivery where required by applicable law, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which the Provider is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.
The Provider is not required to reimburse any additional delivery costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Provider.
Unless the Provider has offered to collect the goods, the Provider may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the Customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise, and provided that the Customer does not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Instead of reimbursement, the Customer may request an exchange of the product, subject to agreement with the Provider, by notifying the Provider in writing.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where an exception is provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in this section restricts any mandatory rights available to a consumer under applicable national or European Union law.

The Provider will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within seven business days, inform the Customer of the expected timeframe for handling the complaint, and keep the Customer informed of the progress of the procedure.
Lifiniq d.o.o. recognises that consumer disputes are often characterised by a disproportion between the value of the claim and the time and costs involved in resolving it. The Company therefore endeavours to resolve any disputes amicably and by mutual agreement in a manner that is as simple and efficient as possible for the Customer.
Lifiniq d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a Customer may initiate under the Slovenian Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Consumers may have access to other competent alternative or out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable national or European Union law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and contracts concluded through the LIFINIQ Online Store shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, including the applicable provisions of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).
If the Customer is a consumer habitually resident in another Member State of the European Union, this choice of law shall not deprive the Customer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement, in accordance with applicable European Union law, including Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or a contract concluded through the LIFINIQ Online Store shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts determined in accordance with applicable national and European Union law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts a consumer’s right to bring proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable national or European Union consumer protection law.
Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, regardless of the reason for such invalidity or unenforceability, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be treated as severable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 22 November 2025.
