Returns

In accordance with ZVPot-1 and applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to any statutory exceptions.

The withdrawal period begins on the day following the date on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Provider of the decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal written statement sent to info@lifiniq.com.

Merely returning the goods does not constitute withdrawal from the contract. The Customer must clearly and unequivocally communicate the decision to withdraw to the Provider.

The withdrawal shall be considered timely if the Customer sends the withdrawal statement before the applicable withdrawal period expires. The burden of proving that the right of withdrawal was exercised within the applicable period rests with the Customer.

The Customer must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after notifying the Provider of the decision to withdraw.

The Provider does not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments.

Goods must be returned to:

Fully d.o.o.
Letališka cesta 30
1000 Ljubljana
Slovenia

The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the Provider has expressly agreed to bear such costs.

The Customer may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The Customer may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

The Provider shall reimburse all payments received from the Customer in connection with the withdrawn contract, including the cost of standard delivery where required by applicable law, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which the Provider is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.

The Provider is not required to reimburse any additional delivery costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Provider.

Unless the Provider has offered to collect the goods, the Provider may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the Customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise, and provided that the Customer does not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Instead of reimbursement, the Customer may request an exchange of the product, subject to agreement with the Provider, by notifying the Provider in writing.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where an exception is provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in this section restricts any mandatory rights available to a consumer under applicable national or European Union law.
